To Update your signature:
In Outlook, Open a new message
Click the Signatures button on the Message Ribbon
Select Signatures…
Use the following dialog box to edit your existing signature or create a new one.To edit your existing signature select it from the list on the top left section:
Then click the image in the Edit signature section, then click the Insert Picture button:
Navigate to the S:\Signatures folder and find your name as a file name.There could be several files so make sure you pick the correct one.It likely has 2019 in the name.
The click the Save button.
Make sure you have the signature selected in the Choose default signature section.
